Shipping Policy

We offer reliable shipping across the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 3–8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We partner with trusted UK couriers like Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. Standard shipping usually takes 2–4 business days, while next-day delivery is available if you place your order before 12pm (Monday to Thursday).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery postcode. We also offer free standard shipping on all orders over £40 — because we believe in making your shopping experience even better.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange — whichever you prefer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We also ask that you include your proof of purchase or order number so we can process your return quickly.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged. For exchanges, we’ll do our best to get your new item on its way as soon as we receive the original one.
